Mega Fibre Pvt. Ltd. was established in 1990. The objective of promoting MEGA was to offer complete solutions to the Customer to achieve Customer " Delight" by developing & Manufacturing Products Including after Sales Services in an innovative and efficient way. MEGA opted for two innovative processes, one was composite Moulding and Second was Thermo/Vacuum forming of Engineering Plastics.These processes are supported by State of - The Art Design facilities. MEGA has in-house capabilities of developing patterns & Mould of various materials like Epoxy, FRP-Vinylester Resin, Aluminum etc.,which are an added advantage to develop prototypes from 50 No's to 50,000 Nos P.A for trial batch production, making MEGA internationally competitive.
Mega Fibre Pvt. Ltd. started out with manufacturing composite plastics auto bodies in the year 1990 at the industrially developed city of pune (maharashtra) india, in response to existing need. Thereafter there is no looking back for mega as it went on adding new products to its stable as per changing market needs. Mega fibre is into manufacturing of various products in composite plastics and thermoforming of industrial plastics.
Mega has got an excellent design and development set up aided by with advanced computer design facilities. it has got an inhouse facility to manufacture masters, prototypes land moulds using various materials like epoxy, frp, with vinyl easter resin and aluminium etc., needed for product development and regular manufacturing. The manufacturing technologies employed in mega at present are rtm (resin transfer moulding), spray up frp, handlay up frp, thermoforming of plastics, vaccum forming, plug assist forming, cold bending, and pu painting on plastics and frp.The future prospectus of mega lies not only in solid foundation of its past but also the new markets and products on which it has embarked.
